2. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on Interview Insider. By submitting content, you represent that:
- You own the content or have the right to post it
- Your content does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Your reviews are based on your own personal experiences
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Interview Insider infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (such as the URL)
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint
6. Repeat Infringers
Interview Insider will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Our Content
The Interview Insider name, logo, website design, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Fair Use
We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use. We consider fair use principles when reviewing DMCA notices.
